“Recently purchased a new digital piano having looked locally at shops to get an idea of it's performance. Bonners was the choice due to good demonstrations on youtube, helpful staff and price. The delivery and set up of the piano was first class. Can only recommend to others. Thanks”

“The usual excellence from Bonners with my purchase of a Vox AC10. All staff are knowledgeable and keen to assist without being patronising or overbearing. I all bought a pre owned Fret King Country Squire which was really well set up and restrung in their own workshop. Faultless and highly recommended.”

“Came in with the strange request of three trem springs for my guitar. I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members, one of which offered to searched through the parts draws out back for me. Eventually, a pack of trem springs were found. A price was then set and double checked with a manager. Very professional service, even when dealing with my unusual request.”

“After much deliberating I decided to upgrade my digital piano. Having watched lots of Bonner's online video reviews which were excellent, and to see lots of other very good reviews, I decided the only place I wanted to go to was Bonners when making such an expensive purchase. My initial contact was Amanda, she gave me excellent non-biased advice, from my first enquiry right the way through to the delivery. There was no hard sell or persuasive techniques, just very good sound advice from someone who knows her stuff and genuinely seemed to want to help make sure I was buying the piano that I wanted. I ended up purchasing the Casio GP-400 which I am extremely satisfied with. On delivery, the chaps came all the way to Newport (South Wales), arrived pretty much on time and had the piano built in no time, absolute troopers! If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. Thanks so much!”

“The staff at Bonners are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. In the end, the product purchased had to be returned due to manufacturing faults by Hammond, but this was outside the control of Bonners, and in fact they did everything they could to put things right. So I would highly recommend Bonners music, but I wouldn't recommend Hammond products, the build quality is simply not good enough.”

“I love my new guitar! Bonners gave loads of useful advice and let me try out a number of guitars before I made my mind up on the PRS Santana. Trade in deal was very fair price too! I will be back in the future. Thanks again Bonners!”
