“Very impressed with all aspects of service. Traded in a Nord Stage 2 which in itself was excellent as most shops do not accept trade in. New piano arrived very quickly, but I didn't like action so returned it and bought a different make and model. Nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly buy my future keyboards from Bonners.”

“The service from Bonners was exemplary, from the sales and office staff to the delivery staff. I really can't praise them high enough. We were kept fully informed right up to the half hour to delivery call. Queries were dealt with efficiently, emphasising the product knowledge of the staff. The delivery and installation was conducted expertly with great care taken to assemble what is, after all, an expensive item. I would recommend Bonners without any hesitation.”

“Great experience. Young member of staff very helpful. The only complaint is the metal grips that hold up the guitars. I was helping my Dad choose a guitar. Every time we lifted a guitar off the grips they would sometimes either come off with the guitar or bounce back and hit the wall? One time when this happened an older member of staff told us off for not being careful. I imagine this happens a lot and with people constantly taking guitar off the wall surely it would make sense to have safer and sturdier guitar holders! Other than that awesome shop!”

“Great service from bonners, I had a few issues with delivery which they were excellent at following up and rectifying..... Guitar is also very good, I wanted something with p90's as have an array of guitars with humbuckers or traditional single coils, and I've been very impressed by the range and quality of sounds you can get out of this. I also have to plaudit the g force tuners, they take a bit of getting used to, and can play up occasionally but the flexibility this brings is amazing. I recently jammed with a drummer where I could play songs in standard, songs on drop d, songs in open g and songs in open e all at the touch of a button - wow!!! (It has 12 tuning options out of the box so for fans of Rolling Stones, placebo, Royal bloods, white stripes et al this is a useful guitar to have)”
