“After deciding upon a Roland RP401R (which has proved an excellent choice) I chose Bonners for the purchase after considerable internet research. The website was easy to use with much information and the deal was also the best I could find. Tony could not have been more helpful during the purchase with good advice on options and extras. Delivery was prompt, all in all an excellent service which I highly recommend.”

“Sorry it couldnt be better but included in the package waqs a piano stool which you confirmed was out of stock but you would ring me when it became available. Unfortunately you didn't and I had to ring you. Tom was very apologetic and I called in to collect it only to find when I got it home the seat frame was cracked. I phoned back and was advised you would replace it but I would need to visit your store again as you weren't prepared to deliver. Your refusal to acknowledge the inconvenience I had been caused left me left me disappointed with Bonners, but I suppose its only to be expected in todays marketplace.”

Hello Mr Dean, I am so sorry about this. I was very surprised to read that we hadn't offered to deliver the replacement stool to you ourselves. We should have done. Just because you collected the original stool from us, that does not necessarily mean it was convenient for you to do the same with the replacement, so many apologies for your having to do that, especially after the initial delay. I do hope that you are enjoying playing your new Tyros 5 - it's a great keyboard! “Bonners had a good selection of digital pianos in their showroom so it was easy to play them and to compare. I liked the Roland HP504 in terms of value for money and the Bonners price was as good as I could find anywhere. They had the piano in stock - so they loaded into my car and I took it away with me. There is customer parking at the showroom - just get a permit from the reception disk. I would certainly use this establishment again.”

“An excellent service from Bonners throughout the purchase and delivery of my new Kawai digital piano. The staff were so friendly, yet professional and immediately responded to the questions I had about my new instrument, following delivery. The deal they offered was also the best overall package price and included a good part exchange on my old keyboard. I rarely give reviews, as service with large companies is often, sadly lacking these days - certainly NOT here and I would highly recommend Bonners to anyone looking to buy a musical instrument!”

“I've used Bonners on a couple of occasions and found them to be helpful and professional. My first Order was a Tyros 4 and this was delivered on time and packaged well. My second order was for a much smaller item but yet again sent very quickly and packaged very well. Friendly service, great choice of products at great prices. Will use again.”

“I haaven't had a piano to play at home for 20 years. Now my grandson is learning aged 9 so to the Kawai is wonderful. Sound is authentic and touch is excellent. Plus the other features of the demos and the various ways they can be used. It is perfect for me to practice where I left off and is most enhoyable and Bonners were efficient and very friendly and helpful. Can ksay nothing but good about the whole experience...........”

“Excellent service! great price, in fact I believe that they were the cheapest around at the time. We had the piano installed by bonners and the delivery team were very friendly and got the job done quickly without any problems. Very impressed with Bonners.”
