“Extensive showroom, allowed me to play all different pianos for a long time to select the one I wanted, knowledge-able and helpful staff, very prompt and efficient delivery and first tuning. Could not be happier with the piano which is getting tremendous use.”

“Bonners Music, at the time of my purchase of the Katanya 100w, were the only supplier who could actually supply the Boss amp within a couple of days. All other suppliers that l contacted did not know exactly when the amp would be in stock. The Katayna arrived on the day arranged at my address and extremely well packaged and undamaged and in perfect working order.”

“Bonners were helpful from the first moment I contacted them. I was offered a very fair amount for some equipment I wanted to give in exchange for a single keyboard. (Initially a Nord Electro 5D.) I was won over by the Nord experience, and again, with friendly help from the company, I exchanged the Electro for a Nord Stage 2EX, and instrument that I really am enjoying (despite its 130 or so controls!).”

“Being in the market for a Les Paul I went in just to browse their selection. Bonners' knowledgeable staff told me about the options in the current range and were happy for me to try any guitar through the amp of my choice. I found a 2016 'Traditional' that really suited me and they were even able to shave something off the ticket price.”

“Would have given five stars as the service from Bonners was excellent. That is until a lady from Bonners rang a month later asking me to pay the £1000 balance which I'd paid when collecting it !! Took a day or so for them to "find" the payment but wasn't nice to get that phone call at all. Otherwise they were superb.”

“Right from my first contact everything was handled efficiently and very professionally with good communications with myself and between other members of the organisation so that when I phoned up there was no need for me to provide all my information each time , I know everywhere ought to run this way but sadly few places do.”
