“When I attended the shop, it was quite helpful in that a sales person with obvious extensive knowledge was demonstrating a Tyros 5 to a man who already had experience of a Tyros 3. It was useful just being present and hearing what they had to say - though a complete novice myself. Afterward, I was able to speak to the Bonners person, who was helpful and clearly knew what he was about. I was able to ask about other keyboards for comparison purposes, and he was not unwilling to share his views and to demonstrate just what he meant. To a novice like me, this was really supportive. After a week getting used (well, trying to) the the Tyros 2, I enrolled on a one hour trial lesson - it was excellent. The knowledge and teaching ability of the teacher both encouraged and excited me, and I have now enrolled for a 6 week course.”

“I have dealt with Bonners music for just on two years. We visit Eastbourne on holiday once a year so I call to the store whilst there. I have purchased two Yamaha Tyros keyboards from them the first a Tyros 3 in December 2013 and a Tyros 4 in December 2014. Both have been Part Ex' deals conducted over the phone. i cannot fault their commitment to please, Both part exchange allowances have been generous and very competitive, but more. ... The free collection and delivery is efficient and fast plus where else do you get a three year guarantee on a used item. I would not shop anywhere else for musical items. To emphasise this I have been a musician for over 55 years. Tom Levey”

“Ordered a Kawai ES7 digital piano with the stand and the three-pedal box by mail order. Unfortunately despite being very well packaged and sealed from the manufacturer the stand was damaged and the piano had a couple of keys that sat 1mm lower than the others and made a funny noise on release. Bonners offered to send a courier to deliver replacement items and collect the old ones but they were happy for me to drive over with them. Tony got replacements from stock and spent time with me opening the new piano and checking that all was OK before loading into my car. My replacement Kawai looks and plays beautifully and I'm happy that I bought these items from Bonners.”

“I had been looking for a replacement for my broken Technics PX44 digital Piano for some time, and was happy and surprised to see that a used PX66 was sitting in the Bonners Showroom when I entered to buy a violin tuition book for my daughter. I left the showroom having bought both the book and the piano! Delivery was on-time and very friendly, I have had no problems as yet.”
