“Easily ordered, great communication, fast efficient delivery and very well packaged… had to tweak the truss rod an eighth to get rid of a couple of buzzes but that could have happened owing to temperatures during transit… excellent job Bonners”

“Everything from the first point of contact to delivery was excellent. The delivery was fast and straightforward. The only comment I would give is that it would be great to offer customers the possibility for assembly at a charge, most of all when it comes to a piano! The pieces were quite heavy, needed 2 people really and it did take some time and thinking to put everything together.”

“when I made my order, I was aware that not all the items were in stock. Bonners did a good job keeping me informed. Once the order was ready they took care to arrange a delivery date that suited me. The equipment was all securely packaged and arrived in good working order.”
