“We purchased the Yamaha Clavinova 535 CLP from Bonners Music for our daughter & the service was excellent! The staff were very professional, answering all questions extensively & delivery was exceptionally quick. (We had delivery the next day pre noon). 10/10 for Bonners!”

“We have not had our Yamaha electric piano delivered yet(it's on order) but so impressed were we that I just wanted to record in advance, as it were, what a great company Bonners is. We have mainly dealt with Tom, who has made the whole experience so easy to deal with despite the fact that we are in mid-Kent and they are in Eastbourne. Tom is a super ambassador for Bonners and has been brilliant with his most helpful advice and manner.”

“The TYROS 4 purchased is superb quality & equal to all my expectations,My only reservation is that I feel that it would have been better for me to have made the visit mid week & not on a Saturday,as the shop was very busy & I was only able to spend a short time with a demonstration,this was not"Gregs" fault. . Having not had a keyboard of this quality & size before it takes a while to start playing to its full potential,plus my age of 84 does not help either. However I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Ordered Yamaha P115B Custom Package on 29th February and arrived on 2nd March ! Driver was very helpful and brought boxes into our hallway for my wife as they were heavy items. Packaging was very good - no damaged items. Piano is now in use with our choir and our accompanist is very pleased with it. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“Really like the piano. I have not yet explored all the "tech" functions and will contact you with any questions in due course. “I had excellent service from the very beginning. The staff were really helpful and kept me fully informed of delivery dates. The delivery was well organised and went very smoothly which, living in west Cornwall, was no mean feat. “I was made very welcome in the store on two occasions when I came to try out this and other pianos. There was no pressure to buy, just helpful, friendly advice. Once I had decided on my purchase I placed my order and delivery was within 24 hours. Delivery staff were professional and efficient. I like the realistic piano feel of the action on this piano as well as the sound. I play the instrument most days and have used it to prepare for piano exams.”
