“I'm still getting used to owning this piano. Enjoying the lightness of weight compared to my ex Roland RD 700. The piano samples are very good but one disappointing feature is the lack of good pad sounds. The pad sounds built in are very 'stringy' sounding so I will be looking to input some other pad sounds asap. Over all I'm very glad about swapping over to Nord from the RD700.”

“excellent service, more than competatively priced, everything fully explained, we paid the extra and opted for the delivery and set up at home which was faultless. the piano was for my son who has aspberger's who has found something that he is good at since only practicing on a small toy keyboard in december. would recommend Bonners to anyone cheers”

“Fantastic Service, I wanted the NU1 as i couldnt have an acoustic upright in my top floor flat, this was a happy medium and is a fantastic sounding instrument. Bonners were able to price match and I wanted to buy through Bonners (regardless) as my Grandma used to take Piano lessons with Bonners at their old store in Portslade (i'm a sentimental chap). I outlined my reservations being on the 2nd floor of a period conversion and the logistics of getting it in to my flat. Tony White was excellent in his thoughts and asked me for a video of the journey from the ground floor entrance to my flat. 3 big fellas arrived on the day to help lift it up 5 flights of stairs without damaging the piano. If you want a great service and a good price go with Bonners. If you want a top class piano with a real action, great sound and that impresses your friends and family, NU1 is the way forward.”

“I ordered my Yamaha keyboard stand on line from Bonners, the online order showing that it was available and in stock. My credit card payment was immediately authorised so I Mistakenly thought that the order would soon arrive. Four days elapsed and still no keyboard stand. I then phoned Bonners only to be told that the item was out of stock and that they were waiting for another delivery. I did fairly soon after this receive my order. Although I think that Bonner's are a good fair reliable Company, I have made a couple of other Purchases from them in the past, one of which required several phone calls and emails to sort out. I think that Bonner's ought to pay better attention to their stock levels indicated on line.”

To make things clearer for customers, we have recently changed the way product availability is shown on our website - items now say that they are either "In Stock" or "Available to Order". It is now very unusual for something to be showing as "In Stock" when it isn't, so I can only apologise if that happened in this instance. “I purchased a Yamaha P255 from Bonners. They gave me an excellent trade in price on my old P155 and delivered my new and collected my old. The delivery van turned up late after a long day and the delivery guys were still very courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Bonners to others.”

“I have been going to bonners for many years now. As a drummer I find they have a great range of kits including electronic. They are always helpful and I feel that what ever standard of musician you are from starter to pro, you will always find the help you need.”

“Dear tony thanks to you for your help a little disappointed with yamaha even though the tyros5 I like making the premium voices difficult to load having vouchers I have not made use of these I feel hopefully yamaha will make this easier for customers bonners music helped me a lot and service good did not want to keep pestering tony at bonners I didn't feel this was right one day hopefully to load premium voices in to my tyros5 again thanks to bonners and tony as a customer yamaha need to make downloading voices better so we can enjoy playing them”

“Amazing service all round. Amazing guitar, compares extremely well against my tutor's Gibson. Well setup- I haven't even needed to do the action yet! I did a trade in with another guitar and got a very decent price for it, and a set of new strings of my choice free with the guitar! Got an amazing price reduction for a few scratches. Friendly staff, quality instruments, quality service”
