“I made the purchase by telephone after having visited your website and found you (Amanda) very helpful in discussing the attributes of the various Clavinova models. Your pricing was also very keen and this led me to buy from you rather than a more local piano dealer. I eventually decided on a more expensive model than the one I had originally ordered and you handled this change seamlessly whilst keeping to the delivery date that I had agreed with you (the piano was a Christmas present). Delivery was made on the day agreed and your delivery people gave me warning of when they would come - as agreed. The piano was set up very quickly and has been greatly enjoyed since.”

“Bonners were fantastic to deal with they were sympathetic to my requirements and without their cooperation I wouldn't be able to have my piano. The deal itself was a good one but the clincher was the payment terms and part exchange. Delivery was prompt and on time even though I live a long distance from the shop. All staff were very polite and easy to communicate with. Excellent service.”

“Purchased a new Yamaha CVP701 and prior to that Yamaha Tyros. Absolutely 1st class service on both occasions. Very quickly sorted over the phone and delivered within a week. After having dealt with other music shops I can truthfully say I would now buy from Bonners every time. Great friendly staff with excellent knowledge and advice. Richard Lambert - Norfolk.”

“Polite and helpful with an offer to bring back the guitar should reintegration be required. I didn't expect this and although it's something I can do myself it's nice knowing that's an option should I need help. This is very good service and helps to have confidence in the store and a good reason to buy locally as opposed to buying elsewhere online where this service would be impractical. Good job.”

“Very good service. I bought a mixer which didn't do what the manufacturers claimed. Bonners dealt with this by delivering a new mixer - I live in London - then taking it back as it still didn't work and providing a full refund. I would recommend this company's customer service. By the way the mixer promised use connectivity which I later found out was not the best way to go. Buy a dedicated sub interface - from Bonners Music.”

“I have a 12 string acoustic guitar that I wanted to have a pick-up fitted. It would have been very easy for the company to take my money, aprox £200 but Myke told me the guitar wasn't suitable as the bridge was lifting and it wasn't worth spending the money on. My wife and I were impressed by his honesty and would definitely recommend Bonners and will continue to shop there.”

“I bought a Kawai CA67 from Bonners and was very pleased with the service I received from them. They delivered to my house, (a 4 hour drive for them), assembled the piano for me in an upstairs room, then took all the packaging away. In addition to this, they threw in a free stool, free headphones, a 5-year warranty and gave me a good part ex price for my Casio. Their price before part ex was already the joint best I had seen. Very happy and would use them again.”
