“The amp is excellent ,just what we needed. It arrived as promised and is in excellent condition. I was however very disappointed that you didn't send a power lead with the amp. I needed to go to the store and purchase a new lead. I would have expected to have had the power lead included with the amp. Kevin Johnson”

“Staff are always very helpful and attentive, Bonners is always my choice if I need to spend a bit of time with a keyboard as you are left in peace to explore if its right for you - with plenty of floor space you are not cramped or hassled. Very pleased to be able to support this store.”

“From start to finish Bonners have been a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to trade in my old instruments for a brand new Yamaha CVP709 Clavinova. Because they deal in all instruments I was able to get decent trade-in values for both keyboards and an electric guitar. Having clinched the deal a Clavinova became available earlier than expected and they rang me to see if I wanted to take delivery early - which I did. The delivery team were superb - they carried the piano in to our raised ground floor (about 8 steps) with no problem (something many other stores refuse to do) and were very professional and careful with its assembly only leaving when all was working. The final touch was Bonners getting me some Yamaha headphones for the Clavinova which were out of stock at the time. As soon as they came in I got an email and they were couriered straight over. I don't live in the area so this was all done over the internet and telephone - truly excellent service. I would highly recommend them.”
