“Excellent service. I purchased a package including a Roland FP-30, a keyboard seat, a stand, a sustain footswitch, a music rest and headphones. Good price and good quality. Extremely speedy answer from the online customer service and very fast delivery!”

“Bought a guitar on line , excellent service ordered the guitar for me said it would be in 7-10 days came in with in 7 days ,sorted paperwork out over phone and got the guitar well on time . This is my first experience with Bonners ,and won’t be my last . Thanks”

“I can't fault the service at all. Item delivered on time, as promised, during the Covid outbreak. This is after I had a bad experience of using another supplier who took my money when their website said the item was in stock and then later said they couldn't deliver the item for a further three months. In contrast, Bonners went above and beyond and delivered as promised. Thanks! Can't recommend enough.”

“Tony’s YouTube reviews of keyboards is first rate and unbiased in my view with the additional recommendations that you try before you buy. Given the current Covid19 restrictions, visiting a store is not possible and relying on the videos I made my selection and bought my Korg yesterday. It was quite amazing service in that I placed my order at 3pm on 16 April and by 9.30 the following morning I was unpacking my Korg and 2 monitors. The service has been amazing, the reviews first rate and the follow up (I requested some advice afterwards) has been immediate. Thank you to Tony, Jacky and the team. Robertb”

“I purchased an mp11 se and other equipment and taken delivery yesterday im made up with it great instrument. from the first phone call of enquiry to bonners to delivery I made many phone calls of enquiry about my purchase and I must have spoken to all the team members there and each time I was given great information and most of all they would listen to me giving me time to understand what I was about to purchase. I will be making other purchases in the near future and I would once again like to thank you all at bonners music great service from everyone. take care or yourselves. regards paul & greame Coppull. chorley. lancs”

“I am in possession of a fantastic Roland FP90 digital piano and I can’t rate Bonners highly enough. From researching which piano to buy, Bonners YouTube guides and comparisons were so insightful. The website made it easy to check out offers and the ordering was so straightforward. Customer service was exceptional. Before placing the order, any questions were answered promptly and gave me confidence that I’d made the right choices. Delivery was swift! Considering I live in the North West and my piano was in Eastbourne... the courier service was supremely efficient. “I am most happy with the keyboard. It has a 3-pedal board and a volume pedal (v useful for organ). It also has a rather formal beauty which is most appealing. Most important the keys feel more like a real piano. The service I had from you was superb.”
