“Ordered the music stool, which was initially out of stock, so placed an order. Bonners contacted the supplier quickly, and gave me an approximate timescale, and the item was delivered very close to that estimate. The stool is excellent, well made, and was very well packaged. Have dealt with Bonners before, for keyboards, and always get a very professional and helpful approach with them. I think they like to keep the customer informed, which is more than I can say for some other music retailers, that I have had several problems with. A first class service from Bonners.”

“Absolutely brilliant experience of buying a piano from here. If you want a musical instrument and they sell it here, then buy it from here. Simple as that. Friendly, next day delivery (when other shops could not manage it) and a better price than anywhere else that I looked. Thank you. Perfect service.”

“Bonners were very helpful at every stage from initial discussion of what I needed, to final choice, purchase and delivery. Although they have an excellent web site for initial research, as a beginner to piano I was heavily reliant on their well stocked showroom and personal service and found the journey to Eastbourne well worth the extra effort.”
