“Great service from Bonners guitar packaged well and good discussion through the process, set up only done by manufacturer did request set up before shipping and dont think this was done however pretty good communication with david would recommend”

“Although I am far from a competent musician I needed to replace my over 30 year old Roland digital piano which had seen my son through to grade 8 and became a professional musician! Seeking an appropriate digital piano for me without spending a fortune I searched online for ideas. BonnersMusic web pages attracted my attention with the detailed information and excellent review videos with comparisons of similar makes. Having narrowed down my wish list, I contacted BonnersMusic by email. I received, promptly, a factual helpful response from which I made my decision. Having decided on the "Gold" delivery I needed to wait a few weeks for a slot but staff I spoke with were always helpful, understanding and easy to talk with. The delivery team were first class, arriving at the time stated and efficiently constructed the new piano, taking all packaging and ensuring I was happy with the service provided. I am very pleased to have chosen BonnersMusic and from my experience would not hesitate to write this positive feedback. It made the whole experience a pleasure - now with my new piano to bring hopefully many more years of musical enjoyment! Thankyou!”
