“Inquired about a guitar, received detailed information, including weight and pictures. Was asked how I like the guitar setup, and it was set up that way including new strings, guitar was also on sale. The person I dealt with was called Dave French, very professional and pleasant, guitar arrived it perfect condition and played beautifully. Well done Bonners”

“I recently purchased a Kawai KDP 120, which I have to say I am over the moon with, I don't know how they do them at the price, it is the best digital piano I have ever played, and the service from Bonners was excellent, it was straightforward to purchase online they kept me updated on delivery by email, it arrived very quickly and efficiently no problems at all. “I purchased a piano from this store just under two years ago, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The dispatch and setup were seamless and I was very happy with my purchase. Recently, my piano stopped working, so I reached out to the store, explaining what I thought the issue might be. They were incredibly responsive and shipped out a replacement part within a couple of days, allowing me to get the piano up and running again for my children.
