“The whole transaction with Bonners was carried out speedily, by very friendly and efficient staff. I asked for a part exchange price for my existing keyboard on the Thursday evening, agreed a price on the following day, and the old keyboard was collected on the Monday morning by the same driver who delivered the new one. I would recommend them every time.”

“Unfortunately the plastic paneling of my synth was damaged during transit, Bonners were fantastic and ordered a replacement panel straight away which arrived within 4 days. Would recommend using them.”

“Excellent company to deal with, they PART exchanged my keyboard without question and I got the one I wanted. This was a much better option than I could have got here in Cornwall, so I know where to go if I should decide to change again in the future. Also very good communication and delivery arrangements.”

“Buying a piano for my girls for the first time was not an easy job as it was very hard to chose the right piano . A lovely gentleman at the shop helped me with this and I finally managed to buy a piano. My children have been playing the piano for 3 months as beginners and they love their new piano. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I'm so glad for buying my piano from Bonners in Reigate .”

“I'm heartily sick of being treated like a number and/or a nuisance in most shops. And when I buy a guitar I'm particularly picky. So now, if they sell what I want, I'll go to Bonners. The journey is a pain (I live in Worthing) and I probably pass several guitar shops to get to them, but it's worth it. The staff are friendly and obliging and the prices are keen. For my latest purchase I wanted to get them to keep an item for me to visit and check out later in the week. Most shops nowadays either won't do that or they'll ask for a VISA deposit. Bonners just said "Fine....of course we'll keep it for you". Bloody marvellous - I'd thoroughly recommend them and obviously I'll use them myself again in the future.”
