“Recently ordered a Roland DP603 and it arrived on time and in excellent condition. I had previously ordered a HP704 model, but changed my mind because of limited space in my room. I called customer service and they were very helpful with my query. I would definitely recommend them.”

“bad company.. avoid!!! ... i bought a epiphone SG and it arrived in a awful condition, says they check the guitars before they go out.. they don't or if they do they don't care. covered in scratches, filthy, damage to the volume and tone knobs and a wonky loose switch that i will now have to pay to get replaced along with the knobs n pots that arrived damaged or just sell the guitar and take the hit. called them soon as i noticed the damage, told to email someone called "myke" with photos.. no reply. tried calling back today to resolve this, no one cares to reply from bonners so hence the review. not happy.. won't spend anymore money with them.”

“Great service, and communication, great price. Some issues with delivery outside of bonners control. The electric piano is just stunning, Only slight complaint is around the packaged stool that came with it, on that it doesn't quite match the finish of the piano. All in all very happy still. Friendly, expert company.”

“Excellent firm. Had a series of discussions to narrow down the choice of piano to meet my requurements. Unable to visit their stores, but have owned a Yamaha Clavinova before. Opted for a Kawai having listened to online videos. Bonners price matched the model I settled on and even discounted the stool & headphones as a package! Delivery was excellent, driver delivered heavy shipment into my hallway per my request. Assembly was straightforward and now my living room is complete. All I need to do now is practice!”
