“Excellent professional service and attention. I have now dealt with Bonners on two occasions and would not consider purchasing from anywhere else. The delivery was well organised and the delivery firm were courteous and most careful with all aspects of the installation. My thanks to all concerned at Bonners especially Tony and Amanda. “Visited Bonners to purchase a guitar for my son's 21st birthday was looking for something special. The staff were fantastic very helpful in suggestions and gracious in giving us plenty of time to play different guitars and choose our favourite even helping us get a suitable amplifier. Their service meant I was able to buy my son a wonderful gift for his birthday that was greatly appreciated and is constantly played!”

“Bonners offered me a very good price for trading in my digital piano for an upgrade. I had good advice both on-line and then at the store. Customer service is second to none: this is the second time I've traded in a digital piano for another model. The delivery and assembly service is most efficient, with personnel courteous and helpful and prompt. I'm very happy with my Roland LX7, and would recommend Bonners to anyone. I wouldn't use any other company now. Try them.”

“I received a outstanding service from the staff at Bonners during the whole process of finding and purchasing my keyboard. I cannot remember the name of the lady who mostly looked after me (which I greatly regret!) but I must say that she is an absolute credit to you. She gave of her own time after the store closed while she solved issues that we faced with organising finance, and then not only delivered the item to me but also carried it up to my flat (I live in a third floor flat!). She was patient through the whole process and always wanting to help. I could not praise her efforts enough and am so grateful for her help. Thank you for making the whole experience very enjoyable.”
