“Thanks for your cooperation. The piano was delivered in perfect conditions, prior to the date that was agreed and even and although the first commercial deal you have allowed us to pay most of the bill after the piano delivery which is not in according to your policies. At the end of the day the deal was done and I as a client am very satisfied.”

“I purchased a Kawai piano from Bonners. I had already decided which piano I would like and found Bonners were offering a very good deal on their website and appeared to be offering good service as well - delivery, installation and accessories I rang and spoke to a member of staff at the Store before placing my order through the website. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and the piano was installed on delivery and I am delighted with it. In all respects I received an excellent service.”

“I ordered my CLP-585PE over the phone. The staff were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my enquiries. They organised and promised my delivery info before I paid and they delivered both a great instrument and on their promises. I would definitely use Bonners again.”

“Excellent help and advice. I was unsure which digital piano was the optimum for sound within my price bracket and Tony suggested the Roland F130R. Apart from offering a competitive market price, he arranged a deal to include stool and headphones making this the best deal on the market. More than that, though, his advice was spot on. I am extremely pleased with the choice, it offers much more than I expected and the sound is extraordinarily good. They were very speedy in despatch and the whole experience of service was of the highest order. Thank you - you were not only right, but you made buying from you a pleasure. Definitely I would use them again and would heartily recommend.”

“Very pleasant people to deal with. Could not fault the service or communication. The only minor issue was that the Nord Stage 2 came with a euro power lead rather than the UK type and as I did not have a spare, had to go out and buy one. Really enjoying a fantastic instrument.”

“Got a kawai es7 from these guys and they were very cool to deal with. I phoned in advance to see if they had one in stock as I read lots of reviews but hadn't seen (or heard or touched) one in the flesh. They got one out of storage for me, showed me some of the functions and then just let me sit there playing it for as long as I wanted until I was sure it was for me Even helped me pack it in the car (which was no small feat..) Very friendly and brilliant service, would def buy there again Ps kawai es7 is amazing - huge upgrade on casio privia ;) very happy”
