“I have been watching Bonners Music for some 30 years and have always been impressed with the information given and the style in which they do the presentation of pianos and keyboards by Tony. After all this time I decided to buy a digital piano as I absolutely enjoy piano music. I needed to keep my budget in a sensible category as I have only just started to learn to play after all these years. Yeah right I hear. I spoke with Tom at the Eastbourne shop and he gave me approval on the piano that I decided to buy which is the Roland HP 704. I think it is absolutely brilliant. After a few delivery problems. Emma and Vicky were able to help and sort the problem out and everything was delivered within the time period quoted. Piano up and running or playing now and very pleased with everything and help given. Thank you.”

“Great service. Only company I found offering to assemble unit. Keith and Michael notified arrival time on day of delivery. Punctual very polite and professional. Thank you. Having fun learning to operate piano. One feedback comment to kawai. To play along with lesson function you need to download piabookplayer app. This is not mentioned in Manual”

“I was a little disappointed. After arranging for my piano to be delivered on “Thursday or Friday” and making plans to be home those days. I then received a tracking update saying it would be delivered Wednesday before 6pm. So I presumed I had been been misunderstood and that Bonners thought I wanted it on the Wednesday so I then quickly cancelled work for that day and waited at home for the delivery. Now setting 3 days aside for the delivery of what is a very expensive item. It didn’t arrive until the Thursday morning when the delivery man was grumbling about it being too heavy for 1 man and saying he will need help. I went out to help and he was walking it up the drive without much care, he then laid it in my hallway (literally just inside the door, I couldn’t even get past it). No offer to put it somewhere more convenient for me. I couldn’t move it myself and waited 3 days for someone to come and help me with it. I understand the delivery company are not Bonners but I think when I spent over £1,000 the delivery element ought to be more closely monitored.”

“Nice second hand Korg Wavestate in excellent condition delivered timeously and extremely well packaged. The comms were good and receipt PDF arrived on time. Excellent service that I would recommend and will use again should the right item arise. Top marks, Bonners.”
