Excellent. I purchased a used fender strat. They called me and asked how i would like it to be setup (action, etc) and even threw in a few picks at my request. Arrived 2 days later and it is in such good condition i would not have known it was second hand if they didnt tell me.

After seeing Bonners' review of the Kawai NV5 on YouTube I went to Milton Keynes to try it. Tim dealt with the sale, he was very helpful but explained that I probably wouldn't get the piano until March as they were in short supply. Imagine my surprise when the delivery guys called and I took delivery two days before Christmas. A few weeks ago the piano started to develop a niggling problem which I lived with for a while but I eventually called and spoke to James. He called Kawai and the Engineer, Nigel found the problem in short time, A clicking Sustain pedal caused by a small piece of foil tape caught in the mechanism. Now it's as good as new. So, 5 stars to Tim, 5 stars to James, 5 stars to the delivery guys (can't remember their names) and 5 stars especially to Nigel from Kawai. I'm delighted with my new piano, the tone and feel are superb and if you're in the market for this type of instrument, go to Milton Keynes and try The NV5, they'll look after you.

Im soool super happy and impressed by bonners oh my goodness. Thought about selling a piano over a few years for a long time just didnt know how or where to begin. The process of sending the details of the piano and pictures to bonners was so simple. I had a response from david and was in communication with him. They assessed the piano and the price was so fair and reasonable and you can tell they know what they are doing and have genuine expertise and care about musical instruments. The payment for the piano was made on day of collection and it was collected by two of the nicest people super polite, happy and moved the piano safely and with no issues or hassle. Thank you soooo much definitely recommend for anyone wanting to sell or buy a piano because they care about the instruments and give very well-informed and fair prices. Hope your business goes from strength to strength! Byee!

Hi, ordered ks100 keyboard speaker on Friday 5th, delivered today, the 9th as promised. What fantastic service and I was kept informed daily. The best thanks to Yamaha London who could not supply until June but supplied a link to you as you had in stock, not many competitors would do that! Thanks again

Purchased a Fender Performer Strat which was the cheapest I could find anywhere. Delivered next day in pristine condition and very nicely set-up. Communication was also very good. An altogether excellent experience and certainly several levels higher than recently experienced elsewhere. I’ll definitely return!

We ordered a Roland FP90 keyboard with premium kits in early January 2021. This premium kit included everything, keyboard, stand, piano seat, and headset that we needed. It's our second piano in the house, the other being a Kemble upright which we've had for 20yrs. The Roland FP90 is a fantastic and was recommended to us by a friend. Unfortunately due to BreXit and Covid, it did take over 7 weeks to get to us, then on arrival the packaging was damaged and the keyboard was dented. We were rather sad this has happened and suspect its the delivery company's fault more than anything. Following an email to Tom, he quickly sorted it our for us. Bonners is fantastic and we would recommend this to you. We got it on 0% as well to spread the cost of such investment for us. Thank you Tom for sorting it out for us so quickly. Tu

Ordered a digital baby grand online and it was delayed as they were having problems getting the stock from Roland through no fault of their own. Was a bit nervous as I hadn’t heard of the company before but spoke to Jackie on the phone and she was very professional and helpful and put my mind at ease. Changed a few things about and took delivery of a lovely Kawai. Delivery guys also very professional, polite and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Bonners to anyone. Thanks Jackie.

My entire experience from November 2020 through to delivery of my beautiful Kawai KDP110 on 26th January, has been exceptionally positive. At 65 year of age I decided last year that I would return to piano playing after a very long gap since we last had a piano. I felt it would be something I could work on in my impending retirement years. After much research and looking around websites I decided to buy a digital piano as long as I could find one which sounded as much like an acoustic piano as possible. It's been sometime since I ever looked at pianos and keyboards and after looking at all the different brands and felt Kawai stood out very well but there was a Roland I quite liked too. After more research I found many You Tube videos of people demonstrating various piano models including the 2 I had narrowed down. The video which really caught my eye was Tony from Bonners demonstrating the Kawai KDP110, the exact model I'd pinned down to my short list. After hearing Tony's rendition of 'Over The Rainbow' as 'piano' and then overlaid with strings, I was totally sold on that piano, though felt it would be good to look at the Roland for comparison. On the Bonners website there is a shop mentioned in Bletchley which is just 25 miles from where I live but Tony hadn't mentioned it on the video, so I emailed Bonners to check whether there was a shop there. Response to my email was very quick, yes there is a shop in Bletchley and the reply was from Tim who works at that shop. After lots of email exchange, December shop reopening came around after the November lockdown and I went there with my husband to look at the Kawai and a Roland I wanted to see as well and they had both in the showroom to try. I'd already established that Tim would be there that day so after meeting him I also noticed Tony sitting at another desk, so met him too. There were other staff in the shop, I think I met James, but they are all extremely polite and very helpful and welcoming. Very happy to answer any questions. After showing us both the Roland and the Kawai, we were left to spend some time with both pianos and I was graduating very quickly towards the Kawai. Tim had previously told me that they had a consignment of Kawai pianos on order which were due to arrive in the UK in January and he said they do get snapped up quite quickly. He told me I could leave a deposit for one, but if I decided on the Roland, or even changed mind altogether, it wasn't a problem, I could switch the deposit or have it refunded. So it made sense and I left a nominal deposit. The Kawai in the shop was in the Rosewood finish and although it's very nice, I found I definitely preferred the black looking at other black Kawai models. So I'd have to wait patiently for a few weeks for the black ones to arrive. We spent 2 hours in the shop that day, then I went back on my own about 6 days later to take another look at the Kawai and that confirmed my opinion that I preferred it to the Roland. For various reasons I preferred the Kawai over the Roland and decided to go back a few days later on my own for another look. Spoke to Tim who was again very helpful and after sitting at the Kawai for half an hour or so, made the decision this was the one I would like. Confirmed this with Tim and left the store. January arrived and the Tier 4 restrictions, non essential shops closed. On 18th January a call came from an Eastbourne number. It was Jackie from Bonners. The consignment had arrived and my Kawai could be delivered on Tuesday 26th January. That was fine, so I checked all the details just to make sure I was going to get the right piano, plus the stool and headphones I'd requested. I paid the balance while on the phone to Jackie. Everything very straightforward and very efficiently done. 26th January. Got a text message from the carrier with a time window for delivery and they arrived at midday. My husband was working from home that day, so we could get the boxes in and assemble the piano together. The box is absolutely massive, it was quite amusing moving it into the space we'd got ready for the piano. Tim had told me Kawai are 'pretty good' with packing and he was right. There is even an assembly diagram on the inner flaps of the box of what order the parts go into the box, so if we did ever have to take it apart and repack it, it's perfectly possible. Each component is wrapped in protective packing and labelled with what it is. My husband did all the assembly which took 2 and a half hours. Pressed the on switch and it worked! I did send an email to Tim to let him know everything arrived safely and has been assembled without issue. I have a lot of practice to do to get back to be able to play to the standard I'd got to years ago, but I'm delighted with my piano choice and very pleased I chose Bonners to buy from.

Ordered a Kawai ES920 digital piano with Taurus stand and stool from Bonners for my son who’s outgrown his basic Casio electric piano by some way. He and I prefer the warmer sound of Kawai acoustic pianos to some other brands so one of their digital pianos seemed a sensible choice, preferably a portable one as he’s off to uni later this year. Having watched Tony White’s excellent demo and review video of the ES920 I phoned up and ordered one on trust. The sales team were excellent and very helpful, the ordering process online being very easy. Delivery was next day by TNT who were also excellent and we managed to sneak all 3 boxes into the house and set it up as a surprise for him. He’s delighted with it, the keyboard action is superb and the sound quality is top notch. We can hear it reflected in the improvement in his playing which is what all good instruments should do. Superb product from Kawai (the Taurus stand and stool are also excellent value for money) and excellent service from Bonners. Highly recommended.

So I dreamt of getting a new piano on a Saturday afternoon after having to sell my father's Kawai Grand when downsizing. I spoke to Greg that day and he gave me some great advice about what I needed. No problem that I was at the other end of the country. I ordered my piano that day and it arrived on Tuesday (3 Days!) with a great piano moving company. Can't be more happy with the service I received and I am super pleased with my lovely digital piano.

Bonners gave excellent customer service both pre and post sales. After the brilliant delivery of the piano and excellent non-pushy customer service in store, they sourced a specialised unit quickly with Kwai, and had it delivered within a few weeks just before COVID. The unit arrived immaculately despite a tight arrival! Afterwards the piano tuning had to be cancelled but they re-arranged without a quibble, and then when the headphones failed 6 months into ownership they replaced without an issue. First class service from a first class outfit. I'd be hard pushed to ask them to do anything better. A massive thanks to all the pre and post sales team at Reigate - GREAT JOB :)

Review: Dexibell H10 digital piano ordered online. Ordering process: Seamless and professional. Soon after clicking "buy" and nervously watching my hard earned cash disappear into the internet, I had a call back from the lovely Amanda at Bonners to acknowledge the order and arrange a delivery date. A huge sigh of relief and a much appreciated human element - thank you Amanda. Delivery: bang on time. I had a text from Bonners delivery specialists Chris/Rich with a 2 hour time window and they were bang in the middle. Cheers chaps! The Dexibell piano: Not much "digital" about it - it sounds so authentic! I'll simply copy from an email I sent to Amanda... "My old beloved Technics PX103 gave up 2 years ago and I've not played a note since. The H10 just keeps on giving. The realistic string resonances are astonishing. The pedal noises are sublime. The keyboard is really nice. I closed my eyes playing Moonlight Sonata on the "Italian Grand" and I could just as well have been playing a real Fazioli on the shores of Lake Lucerne. I'm bursting with superlatives! I've never played a grand, but now I am. I haven't smiled this much for a long time. The H10 is stonkingly impressive. I bought it for a piano yet the Violin is so lifelike I found myself trying to play Adagio for Strings. Over and over. I must get the original score. Dexibell is quite the Alfa Romeo of pianos - sleek and stylish with an engine that sounds fantastic" So yeah, I'm chuffed to bits. Finally, I must praise the youtube star "Hi I'm Tony from Bonners". Tony doesn't so much review the different piano brands, he simply "showcases", and it's right and proper a shop can show us consumers side-by-side brands without the "big names" getting shirty about it. I've watched many of Tonys videos. The fact that there is a lovable human face to what could be a "box shifting outfit" had me warming to Bonners over the last 12 months of window shopping. Dexibell too - a very open and transparent company with plenty of videos of their guys designing stuff, testing stuff, playing stuff. And the Dexibell platform is open too - they are constantly designing new sounds you can pop on a USB stick and chuck in the piano. Groundbreaking at this price point. So, where's the fortepiano with janissary pedals? :-)
