“Bonners has a very good reputation and a wide selection of instruments. When we wanted to change our piano, we had no hesitation in calling in to see what was available. We were asked if we needed any help by Gregory, and he proceeded to show us the range of digital pianos available and what the differences were. He could not have been more helpful. If truth be known it was his playing skills that sold us the one we bought! The team who took away our old baby grand and set up the Yamaha were also first class. Well done.”

“I bought a pre-owned 73 key Korg Kronos via ebay from Bonners Music. The instrument arrived in just a few days, in excellent condition, boxed with disks and manuals. It also has a twelve month warranty, and is significantly cheaper than buying a new instrument. The Kronos is a superb keyboard, and even after several months of daily usage I have only scratched the surface of its capabilities. I would not hesitate to purchase a pre-owned instrument from Bonners Music. Excellent service!”

“Having myself worked extensively in Musical Instrument Retail as well as having outside that dealt with many UK MI retailers if your in the market for a new musical instrument you would in my opinion be hard pushed to beat the team at Bonners based in Eastbourne. The team managed by Tony the Manager not only offer a warm welcome but do not pressure you to make a purchase, they are amenable, knowledgeable, and very accommodating and this company are not box shifters like so many stores staffed by kids who couldn't care less. Personally I can't recommend them enough and I would have no hesitation in making other purchases at Bonners.”

“I bought a Yamaha clavinova from this company, and there were several issues with having it delivered, due to where I live. (Classed as a remote area). It did take quite a long time for delivery to be sorted out, but the staff could not have been more helpful. They constantly kept me updated on what was happening by phone or email. They also went out of their way to get the best possible delivery deal for me. The staff member I dealt with most was called Tom, and he was so nice and helpful. The clavinova is fantastic and arrived in beautiful condition. It looks and sounds amazing. Even though I live at the opposite end of the country to Bonners, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Amazing service!”

“Very good. Had a minor prob. after delivery as pedals not conected but very soon cleared up and with a generous deal on some Roland headphones. Friendly , knowledgeable people to deal with. Excellent trade in price for my old Clavinola. Would recommend.”
