“Bonners were quick, efficient and friendly when I wanted to part exchange my existing digital piano for a Clavinova. They quoted a more than fair price, within 24 hours and I received my new piano in less than a week. Delivery was prompt and the price I paid included a stool and headphones, assembly of Clavinova and removal of packing. The service was seamless and I highly recommend Bonners. I love my Clavinova. Thank you.”

“Ordered the music stool, which was initially out of stock, so placed an order. Bonners contacted the supplier quickly, and gave me an approximate timescale, and the item was delivered very close to that estimate. The stool is excellent, well made, and was very well packaged. Have dealt with Bonners before, for keyboards, and always get a very professional and helpful approach with them. I think they like to keep the customer informed, which is more than I can say for some other music retailers, that I have had several problems with. A first class service from Bonners.”
