“I was glad that I went to Bonners as they were so Helpful and gave a comprehensive demonstration of the Yamaha Keyboards but when I heard the quality of the Tyros 5, my decision was quickly decided this was the Keyboard I wanted, I've now got the task of trying to play it, Ha Ha. “Good friendly, expert advise––salesmen who knew their products and how to demonstrate them. They gave good advise and were never pushy. Also, when we had a problem with one of the outlets on the keyboard we brought it back and it was fixed on the spot with no charge.”

“Fantastic product. Great service. Delivery was prompt and came across as well managed. Financially; a deal was brokered on the phone involving part exchange, a cash deposit and interest free credit. It was all done simply with no nonsense. I spoke with two members of the staff at Bonner's and found them very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant experience.”

“really pleased with all the assistance. We needed help and guidance as to what type of keyboard would be best for my son. The help in store was terrific, great to try it out first as well. We visited a few times before buying, no-one was worried about how long he tried out various ones for! Also after sales help very professional, would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you”

“The Yamaha psr-s750 is a wonderful keyboard it's got lots of flash and cool things on it . And I've tested the sound quality against several different keyboards and this comes in top. Very happy with the keyboard over all. Just one little thing you should know this keyboard didn't come with a travel bag . Which would have come in handy . But once again a fantastic keyboard”

“hi ,i was made to feel very relaxed i am not a keyboard player and do not read music but after a demonstration of my tyros2 it did become a bit clearer of what the tyros can do and after a few months i feel i am now progressing well all the staff were very friendly and helpful even down to loading it in my car.”

“Wrong Piano delivered without Bonners being aware of this. Very poor service from the Courier - several non deliveries without contact. Bonners had to drive 60 miles to collect the wrong Piano to be delivered to the correct customer, and deliver my Piano. On a positive note - Customer service were very apologetic and friendly when sorting out the problem.”

“Very prompt responce via e-mail when enquiring about part exchanging my old keyboard for a new one. Greeted with friendly staff when telephoned to order new one, who took my order and arranged for the old one to be collected at the same time as new one was delivered. Very please with the service I received, and very pleased with my new purchase. Highly recommend Bonners Music Store.”

“Bonners made the whole experience very easy. From the point of ordering my new keyboard and the returning of the old unit was efficient and easy. New device delivered quickly and well protected. Courier allowed me time to package up the old keyboard before being removed. All so easy. Excellent price for new and good part exchange price as well. Certainly would recommend and use again. Thanks.”
