“I watched their YouTube video of the product I wanted. Made a few enquiries by email…got good feedback with a choice of options of stock availability and prices…emailed my answer, with payment and delivery was within a few days..excellent service with good follow up on delivery….”

“I didn’t have very much contact with the staff at Bonners before making my purchase because I had already researched and chosen the piano that I wanted to buy. I was originally going to buy it from my local piano shop, but they let me down. When I called Bonners and confirmed that they had the piano in stock (and at a great price) I made my purchase. It has just been delivered today, and I haven’t opened it yet, but so far I am impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. Thank you Bonners!”
