“Bonners all good, but you need a better courier, TNT Tracking is v poor, days late should have been next day with no ability to track where things were or which day they will be delivered until the actual morning and then a timeslot of -anytime before 6pm!......”

“Excellent service before, during, and after ordering online. Sent me pictures and answered some questions on the particular guitar I was looking at, quick and easy ordering and sending, and then really responsive and helpful when I had a delivery issue (nothing to do with Bonners). Brilliant playing and looking guitar.”

“Excellent customer service. I recently had a problem with something I ordered, I needed it for a gig at really short notice. I phoned the store and Bonners kindly arranged for me to borrow a replacement item while waiting for stock. Will definitely be using Bonners more in future.”
