“I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Bonners. From start to finish the entire process of buying my guitar was excellent. I purchased a high end Gibson acoustic (after years of saving!) - A Gibson Songwriter. First off, they were willing to price match with another store, which was amazing. Secondly, they answered all my nerdy questions (about storeage, humidity,etc) Thirdly, they offered a full set up. The guitar tech threw a new set of strings on for me AND lowered the action a tiny bit. (Shout out to the tech as the guitar plays like butter!) Fourthly, guitar arrived swiftly all safely boxed up and in mint condition. Sixthly (is that even a word?), they threw in a D'addario Humidpack for me. Seventhly, I'm very very happy with my guitar and the amazing crew at Bonners. Lastly, Jackie was fantastic. Her communication, patience and product knowledge was first class. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. I'm one very happy customer. Nicholas”

“Overall excellent service on purchasing my Korg Nautilus 61. Initially had an issue with my first delivery, which was for the AT model. Despite this, Emma went that extra mile to provide solutions to resolve the issues and nothing was too much trouble, arranging collection/returns etc. I now have a new Nautilus 61 which I am very pleased with and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a high end workstation (in my own opinion, the aftertouch is not worth paying the extra for). Bonners Music did price match and gave a great part exchange for my previous workstation. Emma provided a great customer service experience and I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support. I would highly recommend Bonners Music to anyone. Also a shout out to Tony, for his amazing buyers/demo guide videos on YouTube, which are both informative and entertaining to watch! Thanks again and I shall enjoy creating music inspired by my new Nautilus.”

“Excellent piano keyboard. Slight issue with delivery by FedEx who would not let us arrange original delivery date and turned up announced on a day we could not be in and the following day unannounced. Eventually we got sorted.”

“4 because when i got my modx8+ it came with a few scratches i know u cant help that but i heard a sound of like something inside of my keyboard and it would make a weird sounds when under a key but its nice”
