“Extremely helpful when I visited the store and great purchase and delivery experience. The store could do with some better headphones for customers especially with the premium instruments (the ones I was given were way beyond their useful life and poor quality anyway).”

Thank you very much for your review and also your suggestion about the headphones, which we have implemented this morning! We now have new sets of Roland RH200 headphones available for customers to use when trying our pianos.

“2nd digital piano from bonners in recent years, cannot fault the customer service which was outstanding, let me play both instruments in the showroom along with others to allow me to choose correctly, no pressure, just allowed to play. Very friendly team would recommend 100%.”

“Got a beautiful B.C. Rich Mockingbird off of ebay from Bonners Music. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. But what impressed me more was the condition it was in. It fae exceeded my expectations for a 2nd hand guitar.”

“I enjoyed the comparative review on Youtube of 3 portable pianos at my affordability level. I also enjoyed watching reviews of instruments well above my price range. Based on these Youtube "movies", I was able to make an informed choice. I'm not a professional musician; I'm just trying to pick up from where I left off at school, which was a long time ago. The Yamaha P-125 suits me just fine!”

“I contacted Bonners Music to order a Yamaha and paid a deposit. But then decided to change to my Casio CDP 100. Bonners handled it all without fuss and I'm delighted to have been playing the Casio after the prompt delivery.”

“Bonners' staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They let me spend as much time as I wanted (twice)trying instruments of all types in their great showroom. They are unique in the south of England. They do all this and still are very competitive on prices with the on-line, no tests/no service sellers. Really grateful to them!”

“Very friendly accommodating staff, the store is well stocked and they look after you very well, they'll set up the guitar to your requirement and even fit your choice of strings. The store has plenty of room for you to try stuff and it is never crowded. The choice of guitar and basses is very remarkable.”

“It is always a pleasure to deal with a real music shop like Bonners even though on this occasion I only visited from my front room by mail and phone. The Kawai ES110 is a fabulous instrument to play, with wonderful real piano hammer action. I chose it out of the range for its transportability due to the plastic rather than metal case. The lightness actually well exceeded my expectations and I now am as happy to accept own piano gigs as those where a piano is provided. After all I already know how responsive and effective the instrument will be”

“Living in the Northeast of England there are now no longer any music store that do part exchange after the demise of Whitley Bay Organ Enter closed After spending some time searching the internet I found Bonners and they offered me a good part exchange price I was trading in against a new PSR975. The whole experience was just great everything Bonners sorted everything out for me and kept me well informed throughout the whole process, My New Yamaha PSR975 is just a dream and I can definitely recommend as a music dealer”

“No problem with purchase or delivery. My only problem is it did not have a serial number on the keyboard however there was one on the box. I did make comment to Hammond but received no response. This was not a Bonners issue as I am always very satisfied with their service to musicians”
