“Buying a piano for my girls for the first time was not an easy job as it was very hard to chose the right piano . A lovely gentleman at the shop helped me with this and I finally managed to buy a piano. My children have been playing the piano for 3 months as beginners and they love their new piano. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I'm so glad for buying my piano from Bonners in Reigate .”

“I'm heartily sick of being treated like a number and/or a nuisance in most shops. And when I buy a guitar I'm particularly picky. So now, if they sell what I want, I'll go to Bonners. The journey is a pain (I live in Worthing) and I probably pass several guitar shops to get to them, but it's worth it. The staff are friendly and obliging and the prices are keen. For my latest purchase I wanted to get them to keep an item for me to visit and check out later in the week. Most shops nowadays either won't do that or they'll ask for a VISA deposit. Bonners just said "Fine....of course we'll keep it for you". Bloody marvellous - I'd thoroughly recommend them and obviously I'll use them myself again in the future.”

“Extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the purchase process and executed delivery at astonishing speed. Everything was well packed and in place and in good condition. Just a slight criticism on a subsequent follow-up call when the keyboard expert pointed me at the internet for an ancillary Yamaha item (which I ordered) but turned out not to operate on my keyboard model. Yamaha informed me it hadn't done so for several years now. But other than that, everyone at Bonners is friendly and helpful and I would buy from them again.”

“I bought this package and found staff to be very helpful and polite while going through the process of looking and browsing. I later made a decision and bought the package. After just one session when I took the keyboard to a friends house for a music evening one of the feet came off the stagg bag supplied with the package despite really careful handling. I am aware that it is only a foot and quite trivial but nevertheless £1800 was a lot of money spent so I contacted the shop and explained this. I was told that it is usually the first thing that comes off these bags ! After a discussion I decided to upgrade to a more expensive carry case and the person kindly deducted the cost of the original bag off the upgraded product which has so far been fine. Overall I would shop here again and I am very happy with all the items bought. Customer service is key and too often you find a great customer service providing there are no problems and your money is being taken,but sometimes when there is an issue it is when you really find out what a company is really like and the back up service. I run my own business and know how difficult customers can be too ! Well done. May be worth a call to stagg and find out why the feet come off especially if it happens often. its not a big issue but doesn't look great when someone has spent a lot of money. Many thanks and will certainly shop here again.”

“Bonners carries a large range, supported by a decent stock (from my recent experiences). I spoke to three people over the phone while enquiring about stage pianos and dealt face to face with one person at the Reigate Centre. All were very helpful, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. I received good advice and had a long hassle free demo before buying my Kawai MP7SE. The price was good and the trade in value offered for my previous instrument was better than most other offers I'd had. I'm extremely happy with the Kawai. The grand piano samples and variations are stunning - I love it.”
