“I rang about a used guitar, and Miles answered all my questions professionally. We agreed on a fair deal, and the guitar arrived next morning. It was well packed and in excellent condition and I am very pleased with the service from Miles, and Bonners Music . Thank You.”

“I was so glad to have purchased a near-new KORG Keyboard from you recently......this model is so hard to find secondhand! Delivery was very quick and packaging excellent. My few queries re. operating the keyboard were answered swiftly and professionally by whoever it was I spoke to from the keyboard dept. at BONNERS.....sorry I can't recall his name!!! Bravo!”

“I traded in an upright piano in exchange for a used Clavinova and the process was fast and professional. I was offered a fair price in exchange for good value second hand instrument that was exactly as described. Two days after the order, the exchange took place with very careful delivery men. With no visits to the store for me to view my prospective purchase or for Bonners to see my piano, much was taken on trust and it was not misplaced. Excellent service.”

“I live in Dover, and searched around locally for an Epi 339, only to be told that there were none in the country ! I often visit Easbourne and regard Bonners as my nearest Big music store, so decided to check with you, and was able to get the model I wanted..The trade in was fine and and the staff most knowledgable and helpful. “I always find members of staff very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The store itself is always an interesting place to visit. Plenty of instruments to compare and a great cross section of music books to browse. If it happens that you cannot find what you are looking for, someone will do their up most to answer your query. To this end I have always found Tony to be most helpful. Importantly, Bonners provide a brilliant after service. I like to think that the customer is always taken care of in this respect. I must add my appreciation for the Yamaha demonstrations regularly put on. Most informative and inspiring. Well done Bonners for giving me the opportunity to follow a much loved hobby.”
