“Very helpful at the enquiry stage. Made us welcome when visiting Reigate store and answered all our questions honestly and in a helpful manner. Part exchange deal offered on my previous piano was fair. Delivery was exactly as expected. Delivery men were excellent - polite and efficient. Follow up service was tremendous - the team made a CD of some recordings on the previous Roland which they posted to me. At no time did we feel pressured into buying. Oh, and the new instrument is excellent! Overall, a very good shopping experience.”

“Friendly helpful service over the phone following up the online transaction and dealing with follow-up queries helped to distinguish Bonners from other websites - it's a genuine retail outlet with knowledgeable staff, not just a shipping warehouse. Prices are very competitive too! Would use again in future.”

“I wanted a Yamaha keyboard for my 10 year old son. My mother initially went to the Bonners store and was given some helpful advice which narrowed my search to two possibilties. When I telephoned the store for further advice the suggestions given to me were very clear and impartial. I placed an order and my keyboard was delivered to me when arranged. As it was nearing Christmas the delivery guy even asked me if the coast was clear to bring the item in should it be a christmas present and therefore possibly spoil the surprise. The product has definitely met expectations and I was very pleased with the service Bonners have given.”

“Excellent sales techniques in Reigate - informative, welcoming and no 'aggressive' salesmanship I was free to try the instruments and all questions were answered well. After an hour in the showroom it was an easy decision to buy from Bonners. David ensured the piano was delivered as quickly as possible - delivery was precisely on time and efficient. There was a subsequent small problem - the small retaining bar on the music stand means that music books can swing shut because there's very little to hold the pages. Tony (and David) found a solution. Excellent. I would recommend Bonners.”
