“Did a part-ex with Bonners online. Simple process for them to give me a valuation on the guitar I wished to part-ex. Once agreed we had a chat over the phone and the courier arrangements (all sorted by Bonners) were explained. Went smoothly on the relevant day, and I received my new guitar and my part-ex went off to Bonners. Easy process and the guitar I received was in geat perfect condition.”

“I was having considerable difficulty obtaining answers to my queries on the Roland LX708 at local retailers in South Yorkshire. Then I discovered Bonners on-line reviews which gave me all the information I needed. A quick telephone call and they provided a competitive quote, I placed an order. There were some issues over availability from Roland, but these were sorted by Bonners to my satisfaction. I cannot praise the delivery team enough... the piano was installed and ready to play in no time at all. Thank you Bonners! I hope to visit your store next month to thank you personally.”
