“Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Bonners when ordering my fender telecaster over the phone, came the very next day it looks and sounds great. Would not hesitate to buy from Bonners again, very friendly staff on the phone and they also sent me photos of the guitar before I ordered it.”

“In my several purchases from Bonners I have found the staff knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Delivery has always been prompt and on the day promised. All goods (new and second hand) have always functioned perfectly. On the two occasions when Bonners have had to order in my requirements this has been done with minimum fuss and little delay. I am please to recommend Bonners to others.”

“Bonners were extremely helpful every step of the way and even notified me about a new Roland warranty offer which then led to the sale!! They offered the most reasonable price out of all the piano stores as well as a quick and courteous delivery service that carried the piano upstairs and assembled it there for me, all included in the price!! Bonners will always be my first call for musical equipment now. Thanks :)”

“I have had a great experience with Bonners. From the first time I contacted them about a new piano they have all been extremely helpful in giving me a part exchange price and advising me on the prices and payment plans for a fee pianos I was interested in. On the day my new baby (beautiful White Roland) arrived I was informed of exactly when they would arrive. They were very professional and friendly, were mindful of ensuring my old piano did not damage my newly renovated parquet floor and set it all up quickly and skilfully. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone and would use them again if I decide I need a change. Thankyou for a stress free experience.”

“I received a part exchange deal which helped me to buy a slightly more expensive guitar from Bonners. Happy with the products I purchased on the day however as a complete beginner it would have been nice to receive a few recommendations (I guess the guy serving me wasnt a guitar player).”

“Good p/x experience. Free delivery of my chosen instrument and Bonners arranged and paid for a courier to collect my p/x guitar. Much quicker and less hassle than a private sale. Bonners Music will be my first call when buying musical equipment in the future.”
