“Went above and beyond to get me my piano ASAP. Sent it out with a different courier to their usual one to get it to me next day! Really impressed, and I'm loving the new piano. I'd definitely order from them again. They were super friendly on the phone too.”

“Staff at Bonners were incredibly helpful through the whole process of my purchasing a piano. From leaving me for as long as I wanted to play various models in store through to putting up with my persistent phone calls & queries. They helped me through the purchasing process & delivery crew were very reassuring and careful. I would definitely recommend them.”
