“I've been playing for years but this was my first time I've owned a classical guitar. All the staff were very helpful without pushing. After I bought it one of the guys offered to restring it or show me how it's done if I had a problem. That tells me that Bonners is still interested in their clients even after they have my money. So well done to all the youngsters that make up the Bonners team!”

“The piano is excellent, the guys who installed were quick and polite. The only problem was when I ordered it said it came with a piano stool but that wasn't the case.”

“The staff Tony White is very good and know what his doing. He does understand very well about the products as well as the financial difficulties associate with expensive musical instruments and the customer needs. “I recently purchased a Hammond SK-2 form Bonner Music. From my first call to Tony and all the Staff I have dealt regarding the purchase and delivery of the new keyboard, I have nothing but praise for all the staff - Tony, Tom, Miles & Amanda, all have been very professional, informative and provided me with great service. They also agreed a great trade-in deal for my existing Korg keyboard and gave me the option of a crossover period, which allowed me to get used to my new keyboard and be completely happy with the purchase of the Hammond before I had to send back my Korg, with the Gig commitments I had, this was a very useful policy. Kind Regards Mike Weatherhead”

“Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to trial a number of guitars and didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. In fact we were advised to buy a slightly cheaper guitar than we were going to.”

“Yamaha Clavinova CVP-609 - good information & advice given in the showroom. Plus a generous discount offered on the day on the display model enabled me to afford this top of the range piano, which I'd thought would be out of my reach. Bonners delivered it the next day and I am delighted with it.”
