“I have been using Bonners various stores almost exclusively for many years and bought numerous guitars amps and accessories including high end guitars, Gibson, Fender etc. I have always received excellent customer service from Myke and other members of staff. I recently had an issue with an item which was dealt with quickly and professionally.”

“Very friendly and efficient. Left an order rather late for a full sized Yamaha keyboard with accessories. I phoned and was assured it was in stock and would be dispatched immediately for next day delivery. Sure enough, it arrived as promised. You expect a certain level of efficiency from a quality outlet and Bonners do not disappoint. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Perhaps for that Telecaster I rather like ?? A+++”

“I cant thank Bonners for there excellent customer service very efficient and helpful personal care. My order was dealt with professional care during my purchase from start to finish. The delivery service was second to none and my item was packed with care and protection to the value of my item and delivered within days of my order. “I visited the show room and the man there was really helpful (but equally left us alone to freely look round with no salesy pressure). I got home and decided to order the Kawai CA501 which I'm really pleased with. It was delivered in just a few days. Everyone at Bonners have been super helpful with any of my questions and the delivery guys were great too. Thank you Bonners! Highly recommend.”
