“Used Bonners for many years .would not shop any place else for Music gear .mike and Mark until he left have been outstanding with their service. Had to upgrade the the speakers from the db 10 to the db12 .no complaints .keep up the good work”

“Visited the showroom and shown a variety of different instruments, resulting in a decision being made to purchase an instrument that, on reflection, suited one partner but not the other. However, the seed had been sown and so several hours were spent listening to instrument comparisons on a variety of websites. A second visit to the showroom started with the pair of us having made different decisions about what we wanted! Thankfully, an hour with your knowledgeable salesman found a way to make us both happy (!) even though we had blown our budget (which probably made him happy!!!). End result: a pair of satisfied customers.”

“Really good communications and helpful with arranging the finance. Delivery was superb. The Fender Telecaster 52 is an excellent guitar and was set up perfectly. I'm so pleased with it. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bonners again.”

“I can truthfully declare Bonners have been helpful and instructive. Buying a nee keyboard is never an easy thing to do and rather like buying a new car there are always some seemingly impossible problems to overcome....but a quick call to Bonners is all you need. Every time I needed help someone was there and nothing was any bother. I live a long way away and just wish I had been able to call in more locally...that would have been the icing on the cake! 10/10 and a star!”

“We needed the equipment at very short notice and the staff at Eastbourne were very accommodating and arranged for the goods to be delivered free of charge on the date we specified, given that we only placed the order less than two working days before delivery this was an amazing result.”

“Such a relief after a long drive, easy private parking in a difficult street. The choice in piano's and keyboards is outstanding. The keyboard i wanted Bonners had new and in stock, i didn't have to order it and wait a week or two, or take the display model, that's a trick a lot of shops play. My 4 year old keyboard trade-in i got a very faire price, i didn't have to haggle. Bonners u-tube videos go a long way to help you decide on "which one", so i already had a good idea what i wanted and Greg's explanation i found fair and honest and he didn't try to push me onto a higher model. All in all a very positive experience dealing with Bonners.”
