“Very helpful LiveChat experience via website, (Friday afternoon no less) was offered a very fair price on p/ex and able to collect my new keyboard the next morning from Eastbourne. Here also the team were very friendly and helpful. The showroom looks absolutely fantastic, with a huge range of instruments on show/demonstrators available. Lovely people. Thank you.”

“Wasn’t told when it was out for delivery. Given a delivery date, asked to change it a couple of days in advance. Came home and almost £1600 worth of equipment had been dumped and left on a block of flats’ floor. I hadn’t signed for it, anyone could have stolen it. Never heard back about my request to change the delivery date. Would not recommend.”

“Really pleased with our Kawai CN201 digital piano. From watching YouTube reviews of digital pianos by Bonners to help us narrow down our choice to taking delivery the service, on line purchase and communication was excellent. Particularly pleased with the personal phone call providing confirmation of purchase and delivery. Well done Bonners.”

“Excellent website with all details to products. Interest free payment facility a bonus for expensive items. Easy to order online. My only negative, which is not Bonners fault, is the courier they used. DX Xpress. Their website displays a DX Express blue logo and nice new van. But mine arrived in a tatty old white bashed van and the driver wouldn't carry the parcel to 2nd floor flat, even though I pleaded with him and I have a disabling condition, leaving me pushing a 12 kilo package up a few stairs. What is it with these multi national couriers!”
