“Going to the Bonners store in Reigate was a regular feature in our Saturday for a little while there, whilst deciding on a digital piano. Staff were always welcoming and if needed more than happy to help and share advice, demo the instruments or just let us get to know them by ourselves. Got my Christmas present sorted in the end and had a couple of very helpful chaps from Eastbourne deliver within a few days. Thanks again for all your help! - Best wishes, Katharina”

“I purchase a digital Casio ap750 piano from Bonners Music online store. Their pricing was competitive with all other retailers. They were quick to dispatch my order and emailed to say who would be delivering my order promptly. The piano arrived and was set up exactly as requested and is perfect for my needs. I’m sure if I lived closer to the store I would find the in store staff just as good too. Fantastic service and highly recommended”

“My Item was as described online it was well set up before it was shipped I spoke to Dave prior to my purchase he couldn’t have been more helpful my guitar was shipped the next day and was well packed I would not hesitate to use Bonners again brilliant service !”

“Milton Keynes showroom has a great range of pianos from all the main manufacturers. The staff there were knowledgable and helpful, without being at all pushy. This helped me try various pianos without pressure, and to compare the feel and sound. The purchasing experience (undertaken later on-line) was straightforward. The delivery experience was unnecessarily clunky. I bought a package (piano, stool and headphones) but they were delivered by 2 different courier operations on different days. It was not clear what was arriving when. All sorted in the end, but a bit of a "heart in the mouth" moment when I thought something had been delivered into an un-locked porch when I wasn't at home.”
