“In store there was a wide range of keyboards available to compare and I never felt under pressure to make a decision. The staff were well informed and willing to work with me in the buying process. Some months on, I am very happy with my yamaha piano and it is fully satisfying my requirements.”

“Excellent interaction with staff. Tom was very helpful. He kept me informed of progress with availability of the Dexibell Classico. Delivery was prompt and on time. When I subsequently needed expression pedals the correct type was quickly verified and they were with me the next day. Thanks to you all.”

“Firstly, Bonners actually had what I wanted in stock and got it to me quickly. This is rare these days, because 'In Stock' at other shops generally means "we can get you what you want, but right now it's on a ship from Japan". Tom was great; personable and knowledgeable. I felt confident that Bonners would provide me with exactly what I wanted in the condition that I hoped for, and they did. The whole experience felt more personal and friendly than shopping at competitors.”

“The customer service I received from this company was excellent. I part exchanged my old digital piano for a new one and the whole process was very easy. The staff are really helpful and pleasant, the prices very competitive and my new piano is fabulous. I would definitely use them again - one of my best retail experiences :-).”

“I had very good advice as to which piano would be best for me. The delivery was speedy and the piano was relatively easy to assemble - once we had got it upstairs - it was very heavy. I have enjoyed playing it every day since I had it.”
