“Ordered a guitar, but asked them to delay delivery, which they happily did. Well packaged. Guitar set up perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Great service”

“Extremely good service and customer care.I ordered a Yamaha Modx6 on the Saturday and as stated in the email I received my keyboard would be delivered on Tuesday.Arrived on the Tuesday and I’m very happy with the service and the price.I would thoroughly recommend Bonners and would use again”

“I visited Bonners piano center in Milton Keynes. I received excellent service. Tim Hough was very helpful and went out of his way to help. The item I wanted, unfortunately; wasn't in stock. Tim arranged to have it delivered to me the very next day though. It made a nice change to go into a shop where the staff were genuinely interested and helpful. Thank you Tim will definitely be using you guys again!!!!!”

“A great experience! I was sent the wrong headphones by mistake, so I emailed Bonners to let them know. I received the right headphones the very next day and was told I could keep the ones sent to me by mistake! Inevitably, things will sometimes go wrong in any business, so the way a business responds when they do is what really matters. In this case, I think Bonners went above and beyond. They were excellent and have won themselves a very happy return customer.”
