“I really did experience first class service starting from my very first phone call enquiry,and when I said that I needed a part exchange it just was not a problem everything was taken care of with a very fair price I thought, delivery to the Isle of Wight was also not a problem. “Purchased goods on next day delivery. Promised an am call. I waited in for delivery then decided to call the store at 11.45 and was told that the goods were at the couriers but that they wouldn't be delivering for 2 days. I was told I could collect - not great service.”

Dear Craig. We are sorry you did not receive your drum kit as promptly as you expected. Your order was placed on 30th December and despatched the same day. Unfortunately the following day (the scheduled delivery day) was New Year's Eve and the Courier companies appeared to still be catching up with the backlog of parcels they had in their systems from the Christmas period, which meant that yours did not make it on to their delivery van that day. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience we might have caused and hope that you are enjoying the use of your new drum kit now. Tony

“The synthesis capabilities in thing are very deep and versatile. It has that classic Roland sound palette and more. As a simplified/streamline version of the Jupiter 80 it has still retained most of the 80's features and is simply a superb piece of kit. Like any high spec synth of this nature, it's taking little while to get my head around all the aspects of the navigation menu for editing parameters, but it's fairly intuitive, so not too difficult to get used to. The build quality and appearance is very good and I'm extremely pleased with it. I'm using in a home studio setup and it's a powerful tool in my arsenal. It sits alongside older Roland hardware, Nord and Novation synths and so far it's standing as its sound engine is very rich and warm. From bass to leads it packs a punch. The realistic sounds are respectable too. Only two minor gripes I have are firstly, if I was using it in a performance scenario (it's marketed as a Performance keyboard), I'd be a little frustrated at the lack of aftertouch. The sounds support it, but the actual keyboard does not. So I can add it if I control it with another keyboard or apply retrospectively via MIDI control from my DAW. The second issue is that many, if not most keyboards of this nature are supported with a free software program whereby you can fully edit and save patch settings on a computer. This allows for easier and faster navigation of edit parameters and fast recall, not relying solely on the inbuilt menu screen (which is useable but a little bit on the small side). Hopefully Roland will release something of this nature in the future. It's a superb Synth though and I know I'm still going to have it in 10 years time. I'm absolutely made up with it. The guys at Bonners were very helpful too. I knew it was what I wanted when I went in, but nevertheless they were very helpful with showing me around the instrument and arranging a very good deal on the price as well as a 0% finance payment plan.”

“This is my second digital piano I bought at Bonners. I think I bought it at a very good price. I checked other places afterwards on the internet and am happy to say - they were all more expensive. Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very very friendly and approachable. The piano itself is amazing. The sound is very good, the hammer action amazing. Quite heavy but I like it. I saw the piano in the shop when I came out of my lesson..... I wasn't out to buy one. A dangerous shop.”
