“Great experience throughout. Very helpful staff online -- replied to my questions quickly. Our first purchase didn't work out (my son just didn't like the keyboard action) and an exchange was sorted quickly and painlessly. Highly recommended.”

“Product arrived securely wrapped within days of purchasing. I was advised when it was despatch & when it would arrive, by Bonners chosen couriers company. Never used them before, as we use another place. But will definitely purchase again. Why? The product bought was a guitar strap, that, overall to include postage, was £10 cheaper for the same product. The delivery process was flawless. Thank you Wendi”

“I visited the Bonners piano showroom a few months ago in Reigate and was comparing between three different digital piano. I had all three of them set up to try out in the shop, and am extremely happy with my decision. I spent hours in the shop playing and comparing them, received some really good advice and finally ordered a Kawai ES110. I am extremely happy with my piano and the quality of the service, and am well on my way on recording my Grade 8 repertoire.”

“My first purchase with Bonners and they were fantastic. I bought a 2nd hand Korg Nautilus 61 for my studio, which they shipped very promptly. I found the 61 too short but wanted to swap it for the 73 and pay the difference. Bonners handled this with zero issues, and it was exchanged and sorted very smoothly. I really cannot rate Bonners highly enough - if only all music retailers were this good!”
