“Good service. I bought a guitar and made an error when ordering online and as I live locally wanted to collect. The staff in store were really helpful and sorted this out. The range of instruments is fantastic and the staff are very willing to help. I bought my first guitar here over 30 years ago when they were in Grove Road and have bought 2 more since, the last being a week ago.”

“I bought a Yamaha CLP 785, new. This is no small purchase. In less than six months, it has stopped working. Whilst the staff at Bonners are doing what they can, they are acting on behalf of Yamaha who have not impressed me. The piano is not fit for purpose. Avoid.”

“I phoned to enquire about a piano and its associated package of items; I discussed the pros and cons of the items with a very helpful and knowledgeable member of the sales team who answered all my questions. I placed my order on the same day - which happened to be a Friday - and received all items the following Tuesday. So far (a week later) no problems and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you to all involved.”

“Bonners were very helpful in helping me find someone who could repair my vintage Hammond organ. Having completed that repair I was in a position to also invest in a new keyboard. I was able to try the different options at my leisure at the Milton Keynes shop. Once I had made my choice it was delivered within two days of order by Bonners own delivery team who were very professional. Bonners also facilitated an addition to the order for delivery on the same day without any fuss. Thanks to all.”

“Special commmendation for Bonners Music. I am restoring an old Hammond tonewheel organ, not only did they have genuine Hammond generator oil in stock (!) , but it was very reasonably priced AND I received it very quickly after ordering, superb thank you. No dealing with USA suppliers, with attendant shipping costs and delays. I would recommend Bonners to anyone, and will definitely use them again. Paul Marshall, South Yorkshire UK.”
