“Very helpfull and a plesure to deal with. Parcel arrived as an when they said it would without any problems. I would definitely recommend bonners music to anyone thinkng of buying an instrument and will be without a doubt using them again myself.”

“Every step of the shopping experience with Bonners was a pleasure. Tom Parsons couldn't have been more helpful and communicated frequently with us throughout. He was able to answer all our questions and arranged for the new piano to be delivered as soon as it arrived in store. He was also extremely kind and thoughtful with regard to the disposal of my acoustic piano. We were pleased to hear from him after the piano arrived when he asked if we were happy with our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we really appreciated his efforts.”

“I WAS LOOKING FOR A YAMAHA MOTIF XF KEYBOARD. CONTACTED BONNERS ABOUT ONE ADVERTISED. THAT HAD GONE BUT WAS OFFERED ANOTHER AS NEW. JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT A GREAT PRICE. DELIVERED NEXT DAY. I AM VERY HAPPY.”

“Service was excellent. It was delivered free 0f charge to Ireland within a week. My daughter made a mistake with our address when she applied on line. We got a phone call from a very friendly sales advisor who sorted it out. An excellant company.”

“I COULD NOT BE MORE THRILLED WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM BONNERS MUSIC. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME WITH BOTH PRODUCTS, AS ONE WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN I ORDERED. “Absolutely first-class service. No problems at all negotiating a great part-exchange deal on a brand new Yamaha Tyros 5 bundle. Delivery was amazingly fast and sales and after-sales communication was excellent throughout. Tyros 5 arrived factory-fresh, in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Bonners - they know their instruments and they understand that great customer service is just as important as great products.”
