“Great service as always. Might have got this amp £20 or so cheaper elsewhere; but without the assurance of Bonners excellent service standards. We've now made our third significant purchase from this supplier - twice in the amazing Eastbourne shop and once online - and it's a pleasure always.”

“Bought a Roland HP504 Piano from Bonners, we got interest free credit and a nice surprise of a free stool and headphones! Excellent service including next day delivery with UK Mail who inform you of each stage of the delivery including a text to tell you roughly what time your delivery will come. The service from Bonners has been great and will definitely use you again! Thanks, customer service exceeding all expectations!”

“Jackie was very helpful in arranging the sale of the keyboard. Although the PSR-S950 wasn't in stock it arrived within the specified time-frame. I was particularly impressed with being able to trade-in my old keyboard.”

“If it were not for Bonners, I could be very rich. I've been a customer since 1979 (or 1980) and when I was younger and perhaps more affluent, spent much of my income on the latest technology. The service has always been superb, and I'd like to think that over the years, the staff have become friends. Living 30 miles away means I only visit every now and then but am always greeted with a smile. For Gary, Peter, and Martin through to Tony, Mike and Mark, and of course the many other staff that have come and gone, I'd like to say thank you, and look forward to the next 35 years!! - Wag”

“Hi Bonners music,I was in the market for an acoustic guitar but was unsure exactly what I wanted.After being totally ignored by all staff in a well known music shop in Guildford,I found bonners music shop on the internet and payed a visit!!, all you're staff I spoke to were very friendly and the guy that served me was very knowledgeable and helpful,all in all a great buying experience and a great guitar at very good value Thanks guys. “The problem was with delivery. Yodel got confused (polite way of describing their difficulty)! I had to chase .. Very helpful at where stool made and did a lot to get sorted. When I started having to find out what was being delivered and rang Bonner's you were only able to give me another number - no ownership for sale it seemed to me. I was pleased with the stool so all well but it wasn't the best sales experience because of Yodel's incompetent staff?system?management?”

Dear Joan. Thank you for your feedback and I completely understand your frustration regarding delivery. The product was sent to you directly from the manufacturer because it was built to your specifications. As a result of this we at Bonners did not have the necessary tracking information you required. I do however agree that our staff should have found out the information you required and let you know rather than passing you on to either the manufacturer or courier company. Apologies for this, and I have made sure that this type of situation should not happen again.

“I ordered online and was given s delivery date. The keyboard i ordered arrived on the day that was stated. the keyboard was delivered well packaged and undamaged. I am delighted with the keyboard and the easy way that i made this purchase with Bonners and would do online shopping with them again.”

“I rarely bother to leave feedback but Bonners music genuinely excelled. I spent hours phoning various shops trying to find a CLP585 digital piano. The few that had them in stock couldn't find a courier able to deliver even when I was offering to pay extra. Bonners Music had a CLP585 in their well stocked warehouse, sent two men in a van on a 300 mile round trip to install and set up the piano professionally. All this was provided at no extra cost. They also have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.”
