“The service I received from Bonners was absolutely fantastic. Bonner staff were very helpful and efficient. Everything came just as ordered with prompt next day delivery. Receipts were provided and received the day after. This is a great company to deal with. As far as my experience with them is concerned, I rate them 5 stars with a really big plus. Very, professional indeed.”

“Very good advice and service from all members of staff, from Amanda, to Jackie and the guys in the showrooms and delivery team. Have dealt with Bonners at Eastbourne before and used the Reigate showrooms on this occasion -allowed to take as long as needed and not rushed at all. Was given a good price for trade- in of my digital for my Yamaha B2 upright acoustic piano. I am very pleased with this and it is much improved following the complimentary tuning. Fantastic service all round. I wouldn't use anyone else. Try them!”

“I traded in an old Roland Td8 KV v-drums kit for a new Td25 KV kit. From the start of the discussions with Bonners Music until I took delivery of my new kit, I had very good service. I didn't initially think my old kit would be taken in partex but that wasn't a problem at all. Friendly competent staff in the main. I did have to check a couple of things around delivery, specifically in relation to the packaging of my old kit that was being collected. I had some conflicting advice. I also had to chase a copy of the final receipt. But on the whole, I was very happy. I would certainly use Bonners Music again.”

“I was lucky enough to have Amanda looking after me and my order from start to finish. Amanda dealt swiftly and professionally with my initial enquiry about the Yamaha Montage, giving me all the information I required plus additional info I needed but hadn't enquired after. She made excellent recommendations, gave me a great value deal and made me feel welcome and valued throughout the buying and delivery process. i have no trouble highly recommending Bonners and Amanda in particular.”

“The young man who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful, although he didn't mention that my keyboard could only record one piece at a time (and I didn't ask, either). All of the other staff were also helpful and I got a good deal on the piano stool!”
