From early contacts to the completion of my life insurance protection being accepted, Bon Accord Life staff were professional , courteous, efficient and delivered as they promised. I received good explanation of the technical details and follow up if the agent did not have the answer straight away. Both the initial sales contact person and post contact finalisation persons worked very well together and with me as their client. Finally I am very happy I have the cover I needed and everything went well . Thanks

Great, quick and professional service. I appreciated the thoroughness and honesty of Andrew the consultant, especially after the poor experience I had with my previous broker I would highly recommend Bon Accord

The gentleman who rang me yesterday, Andrew [ think last name is Morrison] was most helpful and very patient, I was a little short with him when he called, but I did apologise for my terseness later in the conversation, he helped me find the right policy for me and talked me through everything, very knowledgeable and thorough throughout, extremely friendly and put me at ease. After discussing life insurance and critical illness insurance with various providers, I got in touch with Mary from Bon Accord. She was very personable, friendly and took more time to understand my exact needs than any other insurance company/advisor I had spoken too. Not only that, the premium quoted by Bon Accord Life were not just competitive, but lower than I had received elsewhere. And any saving in premiums, when the length of the policy is considered, is a significant savings. Spoke to Nicola at Bon Accord later on, who was equally friendly. Without a doubt, they were the best advisors, acting very professionally but with a very friendly attitude. I have already recommended them to another colleague/friend of mine, who went ahead with them for his life insurance policy. I won't hesitate to recommend Bon Accord to anyone.

I found Matthew's approach to my requirements empathetic in my circumstance and treated the whole discussion accordingly and with compassion. I could not fault him at all. My one reservation was that he asked me to reveal my bank details over the telephone for the direct debit. This I was reluctant to do as we are encouraged in the UK for security reasons not to do this to someone you do not know. I was apprehensive as someone had tried to extract £2,000 from my bank account just before last Christmas, hence my concern. He reassured me that it was OK and I now have the papers from Legal and General and I now know that everything is in order. Thank you Matthew for all your help.

I thought that the web site I used would give me a comparison of different providers as it was showing a variety of companies. The following telephone call was from "Golden Charter" and it seemed that the site was for this company ONLY, this was very misleading! The gentleman that contacted me was very pleasant, though I did feel "pressured", he KEPT repeating things about how good "Golden Charter" were. I did decide to start a plan as I didn't want to repeat this experience by "shopping around".

i felt at ease talking to the person , regarding my new purchase for life insurence.every thing was fully explaned to me, i was able to ask qestions. i feel contented that im looking out for my love ones, and i would recamend your company to other people. i enjoyed the experience.

I felt I was being bullied into it and needed more time to think about offer. Felt he was pushing me too much. I have gone ahead but angry afterwards and felt like cancelling. Also I was at work and explained a few times that I had to go. The last part of questions he said would only take 5 mins and they took 20mins, time I didn't have avail to talk. Undecided still whether to go ahead with policy. Won't talk to cold calk again from bon accord life. I would say the first person I spoke to before I was put through was very nice.
