“Ross Campbell was patient and very understanding of what my requirements were for my insurance purposes. He took the time to explain everything in detail and find the best possible deal for myself and my husband. The information was emailed very quickly with everything in order. The service Ross gave was customer service at it,s best. Thank-you Linda D”

“The agent should have started the call by warning me that the call was going to take between 30 and 45 minutes and "Would that be convenient for you or could I call you back at a more convenient time". As a result, I was constantly rushing her and becoming more and more impatient which was not actually fair on her when she was trying to be thorough.”

Dear Deborah. Thank you for your feedback. Depending upon the provider and the medical disclosures a fully underwritten application can vary significantly from customer to customer. “I'd been looking for an over 50 whole of life policy and all I was being offered was term assurance I just wanted ensure there was enough to cover funeral expenses anyway I picked up your advert on TV and looked you up online and someone contacted me within the same day. Everything was sorted over the phone there and then and followed up by emails and today I have received hard copy documents brilliant service. I would have no problem in recommending your company Thank you”

“The services i have decided to purchase, via Bon Accord Life, was made simple and easy by their standard and level of their customer service operatives. They explained everything in detail and made sure i fully understood the process. After which i was sent an email with all the documentation attached and within a few days i received a letter pack of the documentation. Over all Bon Accord are worth dealing with and are very professional in the manner they deal with customers......”

“Jennifer wiseman was lovely abd took me through everything and explained it all thoroughly so I could understand what was signing up for. She did this whilst I had 3 children creating havoc in my house. She was patient with me while she was dealing with me and went over anything I had missed due to the noise. I found Jennifer to be both polite and professional. She also found the best policy for me even though There were some issues due to my medical background and also when the line was cut off during our original call she rang me back on more than one occasion. Thank you”
