I ordered oil expecting next day delivery,aparently truck broke down so i was told no delivery for 5. So i decided to cancel that order as compensation was 1p per liter not enough to cover extra i paid for next day. Placed new order for delivery on same day as they told me late delivery would arrive,although they still offered next day for premium.i was told i would recieve full refund for cancelled order,checked my bank and received refund less £12.00 not a lot of money but principal is dishonest and highlights money grabbing above customer service sums this company up.

the monitor does not seem to order the correct amount of oil required, it always sends too much for the tank to hold. But at least the refund comes through quickly

I didn't order because the price was over 91p per litre when on the same day I bought through Homefuels Direct for 79.9p Thanks goodness I am aware enough not to be conned into their connected scheme otherwise I would have regularly been paying too much

I would prefer it if your staff used the gate instead of climbing over a wire fence and damaging it!

Ordering of oil is inconsistent. Last month we ran out despite chasing for an order to be placed. This month an order was placed when we had 25% capacity. I thought it was due to lead time of the order being delivered but it turned up 2 days later.

Came 10 days earlier than planned without following instructions that the tank is inaccessible unless warning. Just caught the driver so no delay this time. Good that it came earlier but would appreciate the importance of instructions

**Update to earlier review dated 18/3/22** As the title above says, this is an update to my earlier review below about my order having been cancelled and my keroboxes not being delivered or refunded. I'm putting in this update in the interest of fairness, as since having put in my review, I managed to make contact with someone at boiler juice's CS team who, in a way, resolved my immediate issue. Once I had managed to speak to a human on the 19th, and explain I had been left with no oil and no updates, she was very sympathetic and asked me to leave it with her to chase people up, and explained it was difficult just now due to the volume of calls and staff working from home. She contacted the person who deals with the keroboxes, and the 2nd person then chased the supplier on the Friday and again on the Monday to get my order confirmed. The order was then delivered within 5 days of me having spoken to the CS team. So still hasn't been an ideal situation, and I was left without oil or communication for over 2 weeks, but credit where credit is due, once I spoke to the customer service team themselves, they did get my delivery sorted and were very apologetic about the issue(s). So the updated review is for those CS team members. Thanks for sorting the issue, and I hope everyone else in my situation gets to speak to someone as well and get the all essential heating back into their homes (or their money back, if theyve had to buy elsewhere..).

Last two times ordered oil late deliveries.cant speak to anyone just says live chat.ordered last oil over 3 weeks ago .still waiting .told was going to be delivered on two occasions still waiting .now heard no oil but who got my oil on last two delivery dates.i paid in full like everyone else
