“With Boiler Juice it is easy to order on line and manage your account. An estimate of your annual usage means you can pay monthly for oil without leaving a large bill at the time of delivery.”

Good Afternoon Kenneth, Thank you very much for your feedback, although we are sorry to hear you were not entirely happy with the service you have received. Having checked your order, we can see that this was placed on a 5 day express option for expected delivery on or before 10th May, meaning that your delivery can be made any one of those 5 working days between the order being placed & the expected latest date for delivery. Although the bottle of additive arrived after your delivery was made, it can still safely be added to your tank. The additive is self mixing so will disperse and mix with the oil already in your tank. We are very sorry you report that your email has not been responded to. On checking our system under the email address on your account, and your order number, unfortunately we are unable to locate any emails received from you. It would never be our intention to not respond to a customer or leave you feeling dissatisfied so we send our sincere apologies for this.
