“Really shocking behaviour - ordered 1500l fuel online, delivery came and was only 999l. I had to chase for a response and refund - we need the oil for winter so asked for the shortage just to be redelivered - I was refused. They now want to charge me 2 x service deliveries for what was essentially the same order. I have given them every opportunity to put this right but customer services can seemingly not deviate from their script. Please consider alternative providers unless you want duplicate service charges, at a time when fuel prices are already crippling! Shame on businesses that don't hold their hands up when they have made a mistake”
